Job Description:

The Senior Business Systems Analyst partners with business and technology teams to design, implement, and optimize enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Digital Experience/Digital Asset Management (DXP/DAM) solutions. This role translates business needs into clear functional requirements, supports platform delivery and integration, and ensures technology solutions drive measurable business and user outcomes.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead end-to-end requirements gathering across business, digital, and operational workflows

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce, ServiceNow, and DXP/DAM platforms

  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and design sessions to align on solution outcomes

  • Partner with architects, developers, and integrators to support platform design and implementation

  • Manage and trace requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring scope and quality control

  • Support vendor evaluation, RFP development, and SaaS solution selection

  • Coordinate and support system, integration, and user acceptance testing

  • Identify system or process gaps and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and user experience

Key Skills & Experience
  • 7–10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in enterprise or digital environments

  • Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce, ServiceNow, CRM, or DXP/DAM implementations

  • Strong expertise in requirements analysis, process modeling, and solution design

  • Experience working in SaaS and cloud-based platform ecosystems

  • Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and relational databases

  • Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors

  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives; non-profit experience is an asset

Compensation:

The target hiring range for this position is $90,729.60 to $113,422.40 with a maximum of $136,094.40.

Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
