We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Business Systems team. In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing and supporting the systems that drive our Sales and Marketing Operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical resources, and external consultants to develop and scale a world-class enterprise GTM tech stack, with a strong focus on the Salesforce ecosystem and other best-in-class tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to understand pain points, uncover business needs, and translate objectives into thoughtful systems solutions.
- Own the GTM systems roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and priorities.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of business systems projects—scoping, planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
- Serve as the primary owner of the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, CPQ, LeanData, HubSpot, and other integrated tools.
- Analyze business processes and recommend scalable, automated solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with platform administrators and developers to evaluate build-vs-buy options and execute high-quality implementations.
- Oversee support operations, triaging issues, prioritizing backlog items, and assigning resolution tasks.
- Lead change management efforts including documentation, stakeholder communication, and enablement for new features or enhancements.
- Exercise independent judgment on complex projects or initiatives with limited guidance, defining success criteria and delivering measurable outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in business systems or operations roles with a focus on Salesforce, especially Sales Cloud and CPQ.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Experience with third-party GTM tools, such as:
- HubSpot, DocuSign, Looker, Snowflake, Salesforce, etc.
- Proven ability to:
- Translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Communicate business processes clearly to technical teams.
- Perform effective requirements gathering, documentation, and validation with stakeholders.
- Conduct fit/gap analysis to evaluate solution alignment with business needs.
- Create clear, comprehensive process flows and system diagrams.
- Develop detailed test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for large-scale system changes.
Preferred:
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist) are a plus.
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
- Familiarity with RevOps principles and data-driven decision making.
Location:
Preferred location in for this role is in one of our entities in the the Pacific Standard Time Zone: CA, NV, OR, and WA.
We are a remote-first company with US hubs in Redwood City, Los Angeles, and New York City.
Travel Expectations:
We offer several opportunities for in-person team gatherings, including but not limited to project meetings, regional meetups, and company-wide events. We expect our employees to attend these gatherings at least once per quarter. These gatherings provide essential opportunities for collaboration, communication, and team building.
For this role, there will be travel to the Redwood City Hub in California once per quarter.
Compensation:
Liftoff offers all employees a full compensation package that includes equity and health/vision/dental benefits associated with your country of residence. Base compensation will vary based on candidate's location and experience. The following are the base salaries. This position has a 10% quarterly bonus, base salary listed below.
- SF Bay Area, Los Angeles/Orange County, NYC, WA: $155,000 - $170,000 plus quarterly bonus
- Austin, Denver, Boston, Portland, other CA: $142,600 - $156,400 plus quarterly bonus
- All other cities and towns in our approved states: $133,300 to 146,200 plus quarterly bonus
