Our mission at Oura is to empower every person to own their inner potential. Our award-winning products help our global community gain a deeper knowledge of their readiness, activity, and sleep quality by using their Oura Ring and its connected app. We've helped millions of people understand and improve their health by providing daily insights and practical steps to inspire healthy lifestyles.

Empowering the world starts with living our values and empowering our team. As a quickly growing company focused on helping people live healthier and happier lives, we ensure that our team members have what they need to do their best work — both in and out of the office.

Are you passionate about streamlining sales team processes and helping them move more efficiently through the sales cycle using modern, scalable technology? We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our IT Commercial & Corporate Technology team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming how Oura manages sales quoting technology for the Commercial organization.

This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role focused on advancing our use of Configure Price Quote “CPQ” software Dealhub, which supports Oura’s commercial quoting and needs for the B2B and Partnerships sales teams.

You’ll be the go-to expert driving the discovery, design, and delivery of solutions that simplify sales quoting workflows, improve user experience, and strengthen compliance. If you’re excited by the opportunity to build systems that help drive operational efficiency in the sales process — this role is for you.

What you will do:

  • Own and manage Oura’s CPQ system Dealhub, partnering closely with Oura’s RevOps, IT, and Product teams.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of CPQ projects — from discovery through rollout — aligning solutions with business goals.
  • Manage the ongoing operational maintenance of sales SKUs, pricing, and product configurations, and lead efforts to incorporate new products, currencies, and changes across the product catalog.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive systems documentation, including use cases, data flows, and process diagrams.
  • Support change management efforts with cross functional partners for successful adoption of technologies and capabilities by end users.

This is a remote US role.

Requirements

We would love to have you on our team if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience with CPQ and CRM platforms in a RevOps, Business Systems or IT role.
  • Strong understanding of sales workflows (e.g., quoting, renewals, approvals) and quote to order processes.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience as a Dealhub admin. Playbooks, approvals, workflows, and integration configuration experience is required.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in regulated industries such as wearables, medical devices, or consumer electronics.
  • Familiarity with APIs and system automation & integration platforms such as Workato.

Benefits

At Oura, we care about you and your well-being. Everyone here at Oura has a ring of their own and we are continually looking to improve employee health and add to our benefits!

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary and equity packages
  • Health, dental, vision insurance, and mental health resources
  • An Oura Ring of your own plus employee discounts for friends & family
  • 20 days of paid time off plus 13 paid holidays plus 8 days of flexible wellness time off
  • Paid sick leave and parental leave
  • Amazing culture of collaborative and passionate coworkers

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

  • Region 1: $126,000 - $157,000
  • Region 2: $115,00 - $144,000
  • Region 3: $108,000 - $135,000

A recruiter can determine your zones/tiers based on your US location.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
