In this high-visibility role, you will support strategic planning, assess new growth opportunities, and partner closely with leaders across the organization to improve performance, optimize revenue, and scale our platform.
You will play a critical role in the execution of strategic initiatives—bringing analytical rigor, structured thinking, and project leadership to some of the company’s most important priorities.
What You’ll Do
- Support evaluation of new business opportunities, including new verticals, geographies, and products, through market analysis, financial modeling, and competitive research.
- Develop clear recommendations for strategic initiatives by assessing alternatives, building business cases, and identifying actions required to implement proposed solutions.
- Synthesize insights and present findings to senior leadership in a clear, structured, and compelling manner.
- Drive operational and revenue optimization initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to improve business models, processes, and service delivery.
- Enable alignment on strategic priorities across key business functions (e.g., vertical teams, marketing, product, engineering, finance, payment operations).
- Lead and support elements of the annual and quarterly planning processes, ensuring teams are aligned on goals, KPIs, and execution plans.
- Build financial impact assessments that capture expected benefits (e.g., revenue growth, margin expansion, cost efficiencies) and required investments.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities in the global payments and FinTech ecosystem.
- Partner cross-functionally to drive projects from analysis through execution, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and progress is tracked.
What we're looking for:
- 6–10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, corporate development, or a related field.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, payments, or FinTech environments is highly preferred.
- Prior experience at a top-tier consulting firm (Bain, BCG, McKinsey) or in investment banking/private equity is a strong plus.
- MBA preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured-thinking skills; ability to distill complexity into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and execute with a hands-on, action-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
