Bring your outstanding account management skills to help drive world class creative and deliver for the business! Join Our LEGO® Agency – the internal marketing communications /creative agency in the LEGO Group.

As a Sr. Business Partner within Our LEGO Agency, you will be the internal agency business consultant, stakeholder manager and help the team deliver strategic and creative work that works!

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive the LEGO Lead Agency Model (cross-functional integrated agency teams) on projects, getting integrated, strategic, and creative excellence from internal and external partners.

  • Be a business problem solver; we are the business knowledge center within the agency.

  • Help our teams focus on the opportunities and work that will deliver against briefs and for the business.

  • Work with global counterparts to ensure campaign cohesiveness.

  • Onboard, evaluate and sharpen briefs coming into the agency, while working with project management to ensure projects are delivered on time and on brief.

  • Collaborate with partners across the organization, as well as externally.

  • Indirectly lead teams through project life cycles to ensure the agency output delivers against objectives

  • Be the local business experts, working both in- year and upstream to help ensure creative work lands in the US to hit local objectives.

  • Be the opportunity identifiers; with strategy, create a pipeline of opportunities or support business needs / address challenges to bring to key stakeholders.

  • Be accountable for business goals; be the voice of the brand and of marketing objectives in the agency

  • We are the organizational navigators; we help ensure creative ideas land in the best way while bringing context of organizational landscape.

Like an “Account Director” at an external advertising agency, the LEGO Sr. Business Partner is a Sr. Manager role that is the liaison between our key stakeholders and the internal agency (strategic, creative and project management teams).

The Business Partner is marketing’s trusted advisor and acts as the voice of the brand and the LEGO Group business in the internal LEGO Agency.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Ability to evaluate creative ideas against a business objective & creative brief

  • Extensive background in account management / or relevant field.

  • Demonstrated strong skillset in interpersonal relations, communication, diplomacy, leadership, presentation, and collaboration skills.

  • Strong understanding of our business & marketplace

  • Mastery of the marketing creative process (strategy, creative, production) as well as Owned, Earned, Shared, and Paid marketing channel approach and mix.

  • Analytical thinking ability / problem solving mentality.

  • Ability to sell / champion work that works.

  • This position will be based at 1001 Boylston St. in Boston, MA.

Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $124,706.00 - $187,060.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
