Essential Responsibilities:
- Experienced cross functional analyst with a background in supply chain, finance, and process improvement.
- Responsible for executing and managing project plans. Expected to deliver results rapidly against aggressive milestones agreed upon with stakeholders.
- Influence operational change across a large matrixed organization and effectively implement new standard operating procedures co-developed with business partners.
- Think outside the box to create new and innovative solutions to solve problems and drive business outcomes. The ability to design, iterate, and rapid prototype new solutions will be an integral part of this position.
- Experience working in data lake environments to build data pipelines and efficiently manage large datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to take large, complex, and fragmented datasets and create simple, direct, and actionable visualizations to guide users to action. Expertise in Power BI, Spotfire, or similar visualization tools.
- Proven ability to utilize BI tools, such as Alteryx to model data and automate processes that align with business outcomes.
- Experience in extracting and analyzing data from ERP, MES, and MRP systems.
- Proactively identify functional process optimization opportunities and deploy solutions in partnership with business stakeholders and digital technology teams.
- Comfortable with big data, analytics, distilling complex problems, and recommending changes in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven ability to influence, present, and communicate across multiple stakeholders and drive alignment and consensus.
- Must have great cross functional skills and proven track record in enabling outcomes strategically as well as tactically.
- Comfortable with ED+ interactions/presentations and communication
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of related work experience).
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, with at least 4 years in a functional role focused in supply chain or finance.
Desired Characteristics:
- Alteryx Core Certification
- Training in Lean Six Sigma methodology, greenbelt or above preferred.
- Experience in developing complex SQL queries to prep and blend data.
- Experience utilizing python or R is a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute projects.
- Exhibits a passion for continuous learning and development.
