Job DescriptionAre you ready to elevate the power of data and make a significant impact within an organization? We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to design, develop, and maintain tools, dashboards, and data warehouse architecture that align with our organizational objectives. This role is essential in ensuring data accuracy, enabling actionable insights, and measuring the performance of our corporate strategy. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and executives, the ideal candidate will leverage best practices and innovative approaches—including AI-driven automation—to empower informed decision-making.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Sr. BI Analyst include, but are not limited to:
Tool & Dashboard Development - Design, develop, and build customized tools and dashboards to meet the needs of various business stakeholders.
KPI-driven Dashboards - Create and maintain automated dashboards based on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support diverse functions across the organization.
Data Warehouse Design - Design and maintain the architecture of the data warehouse, in collaboration with IT resources, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Data Accuracy & Readiness - Implement systems and protocols to maintain data accuracy, ensuring it is consistently ready for analysis and consumption.
Strategic Alignment - Work with the BI Manager to ensure the data warehouse environment supports broader business strategies and provides insights on strategy performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration - Collaborate with C-suite executives, marketing, finance, supply chain, internal audit, and other teams to deliver relevant data and insights.
Training & Rollout Support - Act as a resource for training and the rollout of newly developed tools, reports, and resources.
Compliance - Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations in all BI activities and solutions.
AI & Automation Integration - Identify opportunities to employ AI and
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as Business Systems / Information Technology, Statistics, Economics, or any other related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analytics, or a similar role, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
