About Kestra

Kestra has delivered exceptional commercial results through a strong inbound business motion. Now is the time to add a complementary outbound motion by leveraging the open source adoption signals we already have, engaging directly with open source developers and engineering stakeholders, and encouraging them to explore our Enterprise and Cloud products.

In March 2026, we closed a $25M Series A led by RTP Global, with participation from Alven, ISAI, and Axeleo – backed by founders from Datadog, dbt Labs, and Hugging Face.

The role

We are looking for a technically curious, open source driven, autonomous Senior BDR who will build the first outbound motion at Kestra. You will work from open source signals, understand real world usage, and create the bridge that encourages developers and engineers to explore Enterprise and Cloud offerings at the right moment.

Your mission
  • Open strategic conversations through outbound, powered by open source intent

  • Understand how developers use plugins, blueprints, and workflows, and capture high signal context

  • Engage confidently with engineering and open source contributors, speaking their language with credibility

  • Encourage exploration of Kestra Enterprise and Kestra Cloud through outcome driven narratives

  • Build repeatable research, qualification, and outreach standards

  • Experiment, iterate, and shape the first outbound motion with autonomy and speed

  • Generate SQL pipeline that converts signal into enterprise adoption

  • Help define the future of orchestration GTM

Who you are
  • Curious technically, comfortable understanding open source usage patterns

  • You enjoy automation and orchestration markets and know the landscape

  • You like open source, you are curious, you explore, you test, you learn fast

  • You use AI tools for business research, outreach, and signal based prospecting

  • You are autonomous, proactive, and you think like a builder

  • You are fast in execution, structured in approach, human in communication

  • You prefer creating motions to following scripts

  • You want to build something that scales, early, and make an impact

What you get
  • Build the first outbound BDR engine in a category defining open source orchestration platform

  • Freedom to experiment and iterate on GTM motion

  • Product proximity and exposure to strategy, roadmap influence, and market narratives

  • A product used for mission critical workloads, not demos

  • Competitive fixed salary, strong OTE, equity, health insurance, and essential benefits
