As Nitro’s Senior Business Development Manager, you'll focus on identifying and pursuing new revenue opportunities, building strong partnerships, and educating partners and prospects on Nitro’s offerings.

Responsibilities
- Manage the business development team, act as the primary point of contact for Nitro leadership, and coordinate internal support to various teams as needed.
- Create quarterly and execute strategies to effectively onboard new publishers to the Nitro platform
- Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos to high-value clients and communicate Nitro’s full offering to new customers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities in the gaming sector.
- Build compelling prospect engagement strategies for general team use.
- Lead go-to-market strategies and oversee daily sales communications with high tier clients.
- Manage CRM (Salesforce) integrity by keeping calls, actions, and progress properly logged by all members of the BD staff.
- Represent Overwolf at events and support regional business development efforts.
- Tame your own dire wolf and ride it into battle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in ad-tech and high-performance results.
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills, with a passion for helping others grow and a commitment to knowledge sharing.
- High standards of professionalism and attention to detail, representing Nitro and Overwolf with excellence.
- Collaborative team player with a willingness to align with group decisions and contribute to shared goals.
- In-depth knowledge of the gaming industry and current market trends.
- Familiarity with website monetization strategies, traffic measurement tools, and other key web performance indicators.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities, capable of generating opportunities and building lasting relationships across the gaming ecosystem.
- Never-ending curiosity for the web.
