Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world. Your mission is to drive the growth of NVIDIA’s platform through our key ecosystem partners, especially GSIs in addition to CSPs, OEMs and ISVs. You will build go-to-market (GTM) programs with partners that enable them to scale AI solutions and practices built on NVIDIA’s full stack platform across financial services customers.  

This is a highly visible role, where you will work closely with cross functional teams to incubate business within the global financial services industry, with the goal of accelerating the adoption and proliferation of AI on NVIDIA’s full stack platform. The role requires the ability to think strategically about the ecosystem, lead within a highly matrixed organization, drive detailed execution, and deliver sales results. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise, technical proficiency in data science, experience in developing industry specific joint solutions and taking these to market, be well networked within the financial services ecosystem, have deep knowledge of how partners – especially GSIs - operate, and have shown the ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels within an organization. 

 

What you'll be doing: 

  • Lead joint solution development with major partners, especially GSIs, integrating NVIDIA AI technology into their offerings and enabling new AI services. 

  • Develop and complete strategic go-to-market plans with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and other partners to accelerate AI adoption and drive growth in the financial services sector. 

  • Engage a virtual team of technical, business, sales and marketing resources across NVIDIA to successfully define and execute the Global FSI partner strategy.  

  • Drive revenue and pipeline growth by championing NVIDIA's hardware, software, and partner ecosystem in financial services-specific solutions. 

What we need to see: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), ideally in a technical or scientific field. Master’s degree and/or MBA is desirable 

  • 12+ years in complex sales or partner business management, with 7+ years working in or managing large Global System Integrators (GSIs) or equivalent ecosystem globally. 

  • Sales or business development experience in FSI technology, consulting, embedded and/or software products 

  • Proven ability to build and implement complex go-to-market strategies across matrixed organizations. 

  • Deep domain & product expertise, including developing and launching financial services-specific joint solutions. 

  • Extensive knowledge of GSI operations, enterprise computing software/services, and a track record of successful joint solutioning and GTM with partners. 

  • Outstanding partner and customer relationship skills, with a consistent track record of influencing effectively without direct authority. 

  • High energy, proactive, and adaptable, with outstanding communication skills for technical and executive audiences. 

  • Familiarity with modern computing techniques, AI markets within the financial services sector, and NVIDIA products/services. 

 

Ways to stand out from the crowd: 

  • Expertise in Financial Services, AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning applications. 

  • Experience in joint solutioning (product management background is a plus). 

  • Track record of driving strategic growth and delivering new, customer-aligned products/services through partnerships, especially in a technical market. 

  • Experience with cloud, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. 

  • Proficiency in leading complex global programs and diverse customer engagements.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 152,000 USD - 247,250 USD for Level 4, and 184,000 USD - 299,000 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
