The Digital Adoption & Customer Success organization accelerates the adoption and usage of digital products, delivering measurable value to Cat Dealers and Customers, and driving a customer-centric approach through enhanced management and impact measurement.
Job Summary:
The role focuses on developing actionable insights to drive the adoption of digital products and supporting the execution of customer adoption campaigns in close collaboration with our dealers and customers facing teams. It involves gathering and documenting user requirements, contributing to the development and testing of new services or approaches, and ensuring solutions align with customer needs.
What You Will Do:
  • Analyzing existing offerings, user's behaviors, preparing actionable insights, and recommending adoption campaigns.
  • Supporting senior leaders by fulfilling their data requests, preparing reports, and delivering actionable insights.
  • Identifying user/client requirements for a product or service and defining technical specifications; Preparing technical recommendations and sharing them with senior analysts and technical teams.

Additional Information:
  • Education: Completed Bachelor's degree or comparable qualification in Engineering, Mathematic, Finance, Marketing or related fields.
  • Mobility: 10% Travel time

  • Applies tools and techniques for gathering business requirements.
  • Documents best practices and techniques for assessing application opportunities.
  • Participates in the preparation of risk assessment and benefits analysis.

Accuracy and Attention to Detail:
  • Utilizes specific approaches and tools for checking and cross-checking outputs.
  • Processes limited amounts of detailed information with good accuracy.
  • Learns from mistakes and applies lessons learned.

Considerations For Top Candidates:
  • Experience using SQL to query and transform data to solve complex business problems.
  • Easily understand business processes - and cause and effect on datasets within the process.
  • Confidence and initiative to create innovative solutions to solve business problems.
  • Extensive experience with increasing responsibilities in business analysis or consultancy roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior individual contributor, influencing outcomes across multiple dealer organizations without direct authority.
  • Experience working in a regional or multi‑country environment, advising or governing commercial, product support, or operational processes.

Summary Pay Range:
$108,318.00 - $169,060.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
