The Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-oriented Senior Business Analyst to support the Director of Business Solutions in delivering high-impact, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
This role is first and foremost a Business Analysis role, with added responsibility for driving structured execution and delivery. The position is intentionally designed with more focus on business analysis and some knowledge on program and delivery management, ensuring that initiatives move from well-defined problems to measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings strong familiarity with how software companies operate across core lifecycles — customer, product, employee, and financial/data governance — and thrives in environments where strategy must be translated into scalable execution across systems, teams, and processes.
This is a remote role with a preference for candidates located on the U.S. East Coast to support close collaboration with business leadership.
Core Lifecycle Expertise
Customer Lifecycle: Lead-to-Cash, Renewals, Expansion, Compliance
Product Lifecycle: Build, Release, Support, Enablement
Employee Lifecycle: Hire-to-Retire, Onboarding, Access & Enablement
Financial & Data Foundations: Reporting, Controls, Data Governance
Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Process Design (Primary Focus)
- Lead deep-dive analysis across enterprise-critical workflows.
- Conduct current-state and future-state process mapping.
- Define problem statements, scope, success metrics, and constraints.
- Gather and document business requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate executive strategy into structured analytical outputs.
- Support impact analysis across customers, employees, financial outcomes, and systems.
- Ensure alignment with finance controls, audit requirements, and data integrity standards.
Program & Delivery Management
- Develop initiative plans and milestones.
- Track dependencies, risks, and decisions.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities.
- Support rollout planning, enablement, and adoption tracking.
- Ensure execution aligns with approved business cases.
Governance & Executive Enablement
- Support Business Solutions SteerCo through intake documentation, business cases, and executive summaries.
- Maintain initiative documentation and portfolio artifacts.
- Track benefits realization post-implementation.
Data, Metrics & Value Realization
- Define and track KPIs.
- Partner with Finance on ROI modeling.
- Partner with Data Governance leadership on ownership and accountability for enterprise data.
- Support scalable data-capture processes embedded in workflows.
- Ensure data consistency in executive reporting.
Stakeholder Communication & Alignment
- Act as a bridge between business leaders and delivery teams.
- Facilitate working sessions and alignment discussions.
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Drive accountability through influence.
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of experience in business analysis, business operations, or program delivery.
- Strong experience in process modeling and requirements definition.
- Familiarity with software company lifecycles.
- Experience with major CRM, Finance and HR platforms.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.

The compensation for this position is commensurate upon experience, with a range between $100,000.00-$115,000.00 USD in on target earnings.
