We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Automation, AI, & Data organization as part of the Data Product Solutions team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting finance, commercial, and marketing teams through sophisticated data analysis and strategic insight generation. Maximising your expertise in databases, statistical methods, cloud technologies, and CRM/ERP systems, you will help drive data-informed decision-making for revenue forecasting, market segmentation, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development. By partnering closely with multi-functional teams, you will deliver impactful insights that directly influence revenue growth and commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to revenue, commercial performance, and marketing to deliver clear, actionable business insights.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development by supporting revenue forecasting, trend analysis, and market segmentation.
  • Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes to ensure accurate, efficient, and reliable data integration across systems.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI to effectively communicate critical metrics and trends to partners.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in roles supporting strategic accounts, finance, or commercial operations
  • Demonstrable ability to lead data projects end-to-end—from requirements gathering through execution and delivery—ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies to support iterative development and continuous improvement of data solutions
  • Solid understanding of finance and commercial domains, including relevant business systems (ERP, CRM) and the data they generate
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for advanced data querying, analysis, and optimization
  • Experience designing ETL processes and working with large datasets in data warehouse environments
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, particularly AWS, Azure, and Databricks
  • Competence in statistical analysis techniques such as regression, hypothesis testing, and forecasting for deriving actionable insights
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, including Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Awareness of large language models (LLMs) and their practical applications, with the ability to find opportunities to integrate AI into data-driven solutions

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field required
  • Master’s degree preferred

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
