Senior Brand Intelligence Manager

Brand intelligence is a relatively new capability at Intapp — and this role sits at the center of building it. The Senior Brand Intelligence Manager will own how we measure, monitor, and interpret brand performance across markets and audiences, working closely with the Senior Director of Brand Intelligence to establish the research infrastructure, measurement frameworks, and analytical practices that help Marketing leaders make better decisions.

Day to day, this role spans quantitative and qualitative research, media and social listening, competitive and category intelligence, and cross-functional insight delivery. You'll work with Creative, Communications, Product Marketing, Campaigns, and Marketing Operations — translating complex data into clear findings that connect to real decisions. Given that this function is new, comfort with ambiguity and a builder mindset are as important as technical skills.

What you will do

  • Design and execute brand health and perception research — including surveys, tracking studies, and ad-hoc analyses — and maintain the dashboards and reporting frameworks that keep Marketing leaders informed on how the brand is performing over time.

  • Run media and social listening programs using dedicated platforms, building measurement frameworks and surfacing insights on Intapp's presence, competitor activity, and category trends.

  • Tackle strategic research questions that don't always come with an obvious methodology. You'll identify the right approach, execute it end to end, and deliver findings in a form that connects directly to the decision at hand.

  • Triangulate primary research, secondary data, and internal data sources into integrated intelligence — going beyond synthesis to reach recommendations.

  • Partner with Creative, Communications, Product Marketing, Campaigns, and Marketing Operations to ensure insights shape storytelling, strategy, and go-to-market decisions.

What you will need

Intapp is looking for intellectually curious, self-motivated professionals who like to get hands-on to contribute to the overall success of the business and their team. To apply for this Senior Brand Intelligence Manager role, you will ideally have:

  • 8+ years in market research, brand insights, or audience intelligence — with in-house B2B technology, enterprise software, or AI company experience. Background in or adjacent to regulated industries (legal, financial services, accounting, or consulting) is a strong plus.

  • Proven end-to-end quantitative research skills: questionnaire design, sampling, data collection, analysis, and reporting. Comfort with Excel or similar tools for data manipulation; experience with more advanced statistical methods is a plus.

  • Hands-on experience with media and social listening platforms — not just pulling exports, but building measurement frameworks and generating actionable insights from the data.

  • Clear, audience-aware communication skills. You can explain what a dataset shows, why it matters, and what to do next — and you adjust how you do that depending on whether you're talking to a brand strategist or a senior leader.

  • A track record of research that drives decisions. You understand what makes a study methodologically sound, and you're skilled at navigating what stands between a finding and an action.

  • Comfort working in a newly established function — identifying opportunities, building relationships, and creating impact without a playbook.

What you will gain

At Intapp, you'll get the opportunity to bring your talents and intellectual curiosity to create better outcomes for our people and our clients. You'll be part of a growing public company, with a modern work environment that's connected yet flexible and where your professional growth and well-being are top priorities.
