The OpportunityTo support our growth, we’re hiring a Senior Brand Events Manager to join the Events Team.
This role is for a strategic builder and hands-on executor who thrives at the intersection of brand storytelling, experiential marketing, and measurable business impact. You’ll create signature events that put Superhuman on its own stage, designing experiences that expand awareness, showcase our products, and drive real results.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development of net-new, 1:many owned events from concept through execution, creating repeatable, scalable programs that elevate the Superhuman brand.
- Serve as the quarterback across strategy, logistics, planning, and execution, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Translate brand narratives, product positioning, and annual marketing priorities into scalable event programs.
- Drive brief creation, internal enablements, and post-event asset development and reviews, including but not limited to event nurtures, attendee surveys, analytics, and lessons learned.
- Partners with internal teams and agencies to produce cohesive, innovative experiences that drive business impact.
- Lead agency, creative partner, and vendor relationships, including RFPs, scopes of work, budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking.
- Present event concepts, recaps, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership
- Develop strong cross-functional relationships with relevant teams such as Brand, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Growth, Community, Creative, and Revenue to ensure deliverable alignment and successful outcomes.
- Oversee defined event workstreams and develop tactical plans that deliver on established goals and targets successfully.
- Work closely with Key Partners to summarize ROI, key learnings, and business impact(s) of events and activations, as well as create dashboards/reports to share event progress for stakeholders and influence event strategy.
- Help build repeatable processes, templates, and best practices for events to optimize and scale programs.
- Lead pop-up brand activations that create buzz, drive social and PR amplification, and bring the brand to life in unexpected ways.
- Own end-to-end execution of activations, from concept and partnerships to on-site delivery and post-activation measurement, ensuring each moment ladders into broader brand campaigns.
- 8+ years of experience in event marketing, managing multiple projects simultaneously, across a variety of event types, ideally with experience creating a net new 1:many owned events motion from soup to nuts, including pop-up activations, high-impact stunts, summits, and customer conferences.
- Is detail obsessed—crosses their Ts and dots their Is! Someone who is highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnel flawlessly.
- Has the ability to see around corners to push projects forward; takes initiative without much hand-holding.
- Is creative, innovative, and always thinks outside the box.
- Has experience working directly with different cross-functional stakeholders like Brand, Growth, Community, Creative, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations to achieve event objectives.
- Experience navigating organizations to lead and mobilize cross-functional teams in the delivery of impactful brand experiences.
- Can clearly communicate verbally and in writing to stakeholders with different levels of knowledge and investment in the project to achieve successful outcomes.
- Understands how to define, track, and optimize event success across brand, growth, and long-term demand.
- Has knowledge of event promotion and nurture journeys for target audiences across channels, including email, social, sales outreach, and digital.
- Proven success delivering large-scale, high-visibility programs
- Strong collaboration, relationship-management, and negotiation skills.
- Has the ability to travel onsite to events as needed.
- Is—as a plus —familiar with Salesforce, Iterable, Goldcast, & Pardot.
- Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
