At Tilt, we see a side of people that traditional lenders miss. Our mobile-first products and machine learning-powered credit models look beyond credit scores, using over 250 real-time financial signals to recognize real potential. Named among the next billion-dollar startups, we're not just changing how people access financial products — we're creating a new credit system that backs the working, whatever they're working toward.
The opportunity: Senior Brand DesignerThis role sits at the intersection of brand, growth, and craft. You’ll be a senior creative voice within the Creative team (part of Marketing), helping define how Tilt shows up in the world and pushing the brand forward across campaigns, product marketing, and growth surfaces. We’ve recently rebranded — the foundation is set, and now we’re looking for someone with strong conceptual and executional chops to build, expand, and elevate what comes next.
How you'll make an impactPush the brand forward: Build on Tilt’s recent rebrand by expanding our visual language, refining our look and feel, and thoughtfully pushing the edges of the brand.
Create work that defines us: Design high-impact brand and growth work that shows up in the world as clear, distinctive expressions of Tilt.
Drive growth through craft: Design campaigns, web experiences, and ads across paid social, digital, and emerging channels, balancing performance goals with brand clarity.
Concept → execution: Lead campaign ideas from early concept through execution, setting art direction and building creative systems in close partnership with writers and marketers.
Collaborate deeply: Contribute to a highly collaborative Creative team through critique, iteration, and shared ownership of the work.
Expand into motion: Help define how motion plays a bigger role in our brand expression.
Shape our creative practice: As a growing creative org, you’ll have real influence in shaping how the team operates, collaborates, and makes work.
Background: You’ve worked in an agency, in-house creative team, or both, and understand how creative work ships in real-world environments.
Strong brand instincts: You have deep experience in brand design and identity systems, with the ability to understand an existing foundation and thoughtfully evolve it.
Conceptual thinker: You’re comfortable thinking strategically, generating big ideas, and translating them into compelling creative.
Campaign experience: You’ve designed ads and campaigns across channels, with a clear understanding of how creative work supports business and growth goals.
Web experience: You see marketing websites as a core brand surface and push for a high bar for interaction, storytelling, and visual polish — and are excited to push what modern web experiences can be.
Craft-forward: You take initiative and care deeply about quality, detail, and intentionality in everything you make.
Clear communicator: You can present your work and articulate design decisions confidently to partners and stakeholders.
Tool-savvy: You’re fluent in Figma and Adobe tools, always exploring new software, and curious about AI tools and their place in a creative workflow.
Don’t meet every qualification? We care about potential over your past. If you're bringing ambition and drive to what we're building, we want to hear from you.
Virtual-first teamwork: The Tilt team is collaborating across 14 countries, 12 time zones, and counting. You’ll get started with a WFH office reimbursement.
Competitive pay: We're big on potential, and it's reflected in our competitive compensation packages and generous equity.
Complete support: Find flexible health plans at every premium level, and substantial subsidies that stand up to global standards.
Visibility is yours: You can count on direct exposure to our leadership team — we’re a team where good ideas travel quickly.
Paid global onsites: Magic happens IRL: we gather twice yearly to reconnect over shared meals or kayaking adventures. (We’ve visited Vail, San Diego, and Mexico City, to name a few.)
Impact is recognized: Growth opportunities follow your contributions, not rigid promotion timelines.
We're looking for people who chase excellence and impact. Those who stand behind their work, celebrating the wins and learning from the missteps equally. We foster an environment where every voice is valued and mutual respect is non-negotiable — brilliant jerks need not apply. We're in this together, working to expand access to fair credit and prove that people are incredible. When you join us, it's not just another day at the [virtual] office, you're helping millions of hardworking people reach better financial futures.
You’re pushing ahead in your career? We can get behind that. Join us in building the credit system that people deserve.
