Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Visual Designer with a strong background in brand, art direction, marketing and digital product design to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, the ability to drive projects to completion, and a passion for delivering compelling visual experiences across multiple platforms, including digital marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and mobile/web product designs. 


Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing & Brand Design:

- Design and execute visually compelling marketing campaigns across digital and print mediums (social media, email, display ads, and brochures).

- Develop branding assets, guidelines, and visual identities that align with the company’s vision and mission.

- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging visuals for product launches, promotions, and events.


2. Art Direction:

- Lead creative projects, providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.

- Work with internal teams and external agencies or freelancers to ensure alignment on creative concepts and executions.

- Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.


3. Digital Product Design (UI/UX):

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences for web and mobile applications.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for digital products, ensuring a seamless user experience.

- Apply user-centered design principles and usability best practices to inform design decisions.


4. Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with developers, product managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure visual consistency across all platforms and marketing touchpoints.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering creative ideas and solutions that enhance the brand and meet project goals.


5. Executive Communications: 

-Collaborate with leaders to design polished and inspiring presentations to meet communication goals for investors and partners.

Effectively partner with executive stakeholders to understand requirements and develop ideas with rounds of iterative feedback.


Required Skills and Experience:

- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects in marketing design, branding, and digital product design.

- 4+ years of experience in visual design, marketing design, art direction, or digital product design.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), etc...

- Experience in creating user-centric designs, with an understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and design decisions.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

- Experience in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere) is a plus.

- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS) or working with development teams is advantageous.

- Experience in user research, A/B testing, or data-driven design is a plus.
