The Marketing Team is looking for a Senior Designer (Contractor) to further the Greenlight mission by creating stunning visuals that tell compelling stories about the brand, Greenlight products, partnerships, customer acquisition and family engagement across all Greenlight channels and touchpoints.
This role will collaborate with brand and product designers, copywriters, marketing managers, and content strategists to concept and create cutting-edge design solutions for complex brand and business challenges. This designer will work within our brand guidelines to bring a high level of craft to execute campaigns across a variety of channels including out-of-home, email, organic, and paid social. This role will flex across the creative team to bring strategic & creative solutions to growth, partnerships, and customer marketing teams.
This role is a remote contract position expected to last ~3 months.
Who you are:
- A skilled graphic designer with strong brand instincts who can deliver polished, high-quality design solutions across campaigns, marketing, and production work.
- Able to work independently and as a collaborator on a team.
- Excited to collaborate with marketing, product, and partnerships teams to deliver high-volume, high-quality work on tight timelines.
- Able to take creative briefs and deliver high-fidelity designs across campaigns, landing pages, social, events, and other marketing assets.
- Able to clearly communicate design concepts, verbally and visually.
- Able to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Curious, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
What you will be doing:
- Design compelling out-of-home (OOH) advertising campaigns that capture attention and drive brand awareness.
- Deliver customer marketing campaign designs for email and in-app.
- Proven ability to create motion graphics, including animating existing design systems. (Basic motion skills required — such as simple UI animations, micro-interactions, light marketing graphics, or short looping assets. Advanced animation or 3D experience is not required).
- Create original, engaging visuals that strategically deliver on an objective and elevate the brand across multiple touchpoints.
- Optimize website designs that can deliver brand storytelling while driving conversion.
- Partner closely with senior executives, marketing managers, and business development leaders at Greenlight, acting as a strategic and creative consultant to understand how design can support their business needs.
- Work collaboratively with marketing managers, content strategists, copywriters, designers, and cross-functional teams.
What you should bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Graphic Design or related visual communications field) or equivalent experience in the industry.
- 5+ years of graphic design experience at a creative agency or in-house at a design-led company.
- A dynamic portfolio demonstrating excellence in all aspects of design (layout, typography, color, illustration, imagery, motion, storytelling, brand systems) with a modern aesthetic and attention to detail.
- A strong grasp on contemporary design aesthetics, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Track record of working efficiently in fast-paced environments and juggling multiple projects.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Proficiency in Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD. Working knowledge of AfterEffects, other motion tools, Google Slides, and Canva are a big plus.
Timeline: Expected timeframe is late March 2026 through the end of June 2026.
