What you`ll do:

  • Working as production expert in Capital investment projects for building and commissioning of the manufacturing units.

  • Responsible for delivering all input required for the specific set-up, commissioning and qualification of the manufacturing suites and equipment including automation.

  • Ensure that operational activities for clinical and/or commercial manufacturing are performed in a timely manner and within given safety and quality standards.

  • Responsible for entire processes or process units for clinical and commercial manufacturing projects in therapeutic BioConjugates like Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADC).

  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently implement CQV strategies in complex bioprocessing systems.

What we`re looking for:

  • Master's Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related Life Science subject. Equivalent experience will also be considered for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree.

  • Over 4 years of professional experience in downstream processing (DSP) within biotechnology production, ideally within a CDMO environment.

  • Highly organized person with project ownership who can keep track of timelines and deliverables  to ensure the project stays on track

  • Strong knowledge of Bioconjugates and Automation (MES/DeltaV) is a big asset
