If you’re an expert backend engineer who thrives on autonomy, ownership, and purpose-driven work, you’ll help architect the systems powering the next generation of climate-fintech.
What You’ll Do- Own backend services end-to-end — design, build, deploy, and iterate 
- Architect high-reliability APIs that connect investors, assets, and DeFi protocols 
- Turn complex finance + energy workflows into intuitive software 
- Collaborate directly with our CTO and Co-Founder in short, fast feedback loops 
- Ship code that’s performant, secure, and built to scale 
- High-agency and self-directed — you move ideas from concept to production 
- Obsessed with building elegant backend systems that drive real outcomes 
- Motivated by emerging tech and building scalable financial systems 
- Comfortable in ambiguity and hungry to learn 
- Will excel in our tech stack - Python (Django), Next.js / Typescript, and Solidity 
- 4+ years shipping and maintaining production backend systems. 
- Expertise in Python (or similar), architecture, and data modeling 
- Proven record of high ownership and delivering impact
