We tokenize energy infrastructure—solar projects, batteries, bitcoin mines—using smart contracts and programmable workflows to unlock capital for the energy transition. If you’re an expert backend engineer who thrives on autonomy, ownership, and purpose-driven work, you’ll help architect the systems powering the next generation of climate-fintech.

  • Architect high-reliability APIs that connect investors, assets, and DeFi protocols

  • Turn complex finance + energy workflows into intuitive software

  • Collaborate directly with our CTO and Co-Founder in short, fast feedback loops

  • Ship code that’s performant, secure, and built to scale

You’ll Excel Here If You Are

  • Motivated by emerging tech and building scalable financial systems

  • Comfortable in ambiguity and hungry to learn

  • Will excel in our tech stack - Python (Django), Next.js / Typescript, and Solidity

  • Expertise in Python (or similar), architecture, and data modeling

  • Proven record of high ownership and delivering impact

Nice to have

  • Django experience

  • Google Cloud experience

How We Work
  • Remote-first, async-friendly, small senior team

  • Constant collaboration and code review with the CTO

  • Supported by our Head of Talent for a high-touch, transparent process

  • Focused on clarity, autonomy, and shipping fast

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
