As a Senior B2B Growth Manager, you will be responsible for shaping our brand narrative, developing impactful content, and ensuring our messaging resonates with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. What You’ll Do
- Strategy & Execution: Develop smart, data-driven growth and go-to-market strategies to elevate European expansion, brand awareness, and generate leads.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute innovative product launches and brand campaigns that engage our target audience.
- Content Strategy: Develop compelling content initiatives, such as whitepapers, case studies, and blog articles, to strengthen elvah’s brand and thought leadership.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Track key metrics, analyze performance, and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Optimization & Professionalization: Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to refine our growth initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Thought Leadership & Partnerships: Drive brand positioning through events, strategic partnerships, and speaking opportunities.
Your Profile
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally within the EV charging industry, e-mobility or adjacent industries.
- Growth & Brand Strategy: Proven track record in developing and executing data-driven strategies for lead generation, brand awareness, and market expansion.
- Campaign & Content Development: Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into compelling, audience-specific campaigns.
- Performance Marketing & Analytics: Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, campaign management, and performance optimization across multiple channels.
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, including sales, product, and leadership.
- Passion for Sustainability: Deep interest in the e-mobility sector and a commitment to driving the energy transition forward.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in English is required. German is a plus but not essential. Additional proficiency in European languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Dutch is beneficial.

Salary range for this job:
€60.000—€72.000 EUR
