Job Description:
In this position as a Senior Automation Analyst, you will design, build, and enhance applications and reporting solutions that drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. You will leverage Microsoft Power Platform tools to automate workflows, modernize legacy processes, and deliver scalable solutions that support enterprise initiatives. In this position, you will also:
- Build and enhance applications, workflows, and reporting solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Dataverse
- Translate business requirements into functional, scalable solutions that streamline processes and improve decision-making
- Design, configure, and implement web-based applications and reporting tools to support enterprise needs
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer
- Identify system dependencies, troubleshoot technical challenges, and implement solutions to ensure reliability and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, estimate level of effort, and prioritize enhancements
- Support deployment activities and conduct post-deployment reviews to monitor performance and resolve issues
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data or business analysis.
- 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Dataverse).
Desired Skills:
- Experience with data analytics and data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on efficiency, performance optimization, and system reliability.
- Experience with system design, configuration, and implementation.
- Familiarity with SQL, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
At Blake Willson Group, we believe in transparency and fairness in compensation practices. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 in the United States. Your individual salary within this range will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to your education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
