The Opportunity

Pearl Health is seeking a high-impact Senior Associate, Recruiting & People Operations to help scale our team and strengthen the employee experience end-to-end.

This is a highly cross-functional role for a recruiting-forward generalist who thrives in both talent acquisition and people operations. You will own full-cycle recruiting while also partnering on HR systems, onboarding, employee engagement, and operational excellence across the People function. You’ll report to the Senior Director of People & Recruiting.

Who We Are

Pearl Health is dedicated to empowering primary care providers, health systems, and physician-led networks to succeed in the shift to value-based care. Our platform delivers the technology, financial tools, and expert services that enable practices to provide more proactive, effective care to their Medicare patients, ultimately lowering costs and improving health outcomes.

Founded in 2020, we are a team of healthcare and technology innovators backed by premier investors like Andreessen Horowitz, Viking Global Investors, and AlleyCorp. We partner with thousands of providers across 44 states to build a more sustainable future for American healthcare.

What You'll Do
  • Lead full-cycle talent acquisition efforts, partnering with hiring managers to shape hiring strategy and attract exceptional talent across the organization.

    • Coordinate recruitment; working with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, source applicants, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and acquire top talent

    • Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding; setup employee file and profile in HRIS, run background checks and verify work authorization, and organize onboarding training

  • Work with the People team to manage the HRIS and benefits, helping new employees with signing up for benefits, and acting as an internal resource for HRIS and benefits needs, as well as a liaison to Pearl’s PEO and third party benefits partners.

  • Leverage employee feedback and data insights to drive engagement initiatives and continuous improvement.

  • Identify areas for operational improvement across recruiting and HR, document, and implement new processes.

What You’ll Bring
  • 4+ years of experience spanning full-cycle recruiting and HR operations. Experience with technical recruiting is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategy and HR best practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches while balancing operational responsibilities.

  • Systems mindset - you don’t just execute processes, you improve them.

  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with high attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.

  • Experience in high-growth startup or health-tech environments, preferred

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
