Senior Associate, Marketing Finance & Reporting
Teladoc Health is seeking a finance & marketing insights professional to join our Consumer Marketing team. The Senior Associate, Marketing Finance & Reporting is a high-impact role that will play a critical part in managing the Consumer Marketing expense budget and deploying that spend strategically across marketing channels and products. The ideal candidate has a background in finance and analytics and is a strategic contributor who is equally comfortable diving deep into financial and marketing data and managing relationships with cross-functional partners.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the budget for the Consumer Marketing team. Requires attention to detail for invoice management and investigating expense variances.
Partner with marketing leaders to deploy budget strategically across products and channels for continuous budget optimization.
Lead monthly spend forecast process in partnership with Marketing leaders and Finance partners, including monthly spend accruals and detailed review of accounting expense entries.
Prepare monthly forecast summaries for leaders to provide visibility into our spend and investment decisions.
Manage reporting of key Marketing KPIs through monthly business reviews and other corporate reporting requirements.
Support Marketing Analytics team with ad hoc analysis requests.
Partner with procurement and supply chain to support PR generation processes for marketing vendors. Facilitate and troubleshoot vendor payments via collaboration with accounting partners.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, or related field
3+ years of marketing analytics experience AND at least 1 year of experience in Accounting or FP&A
Intermediate Excel skills and exposure to Looker/Tableau and other data visualization tools
3+ years of experience successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Oracle or other ERP software
Curious about marketing initiatives and data; utilize data to drive insights
Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively balance operational and strategic needs
Bias for action and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and high visibility
The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
