Wayfair’s Revenue Operations team is seeking a data-driven and collaborative Senior Associate to drive our global B2B and B2C sales strategy. You will own high-impact projects, lead executive business reviews, and optimize sales workflows to help teams exceed their targets. This role partners closely with Sales, Analytics, and Category Management leaders and includes managing and mentoring a Category Sales Associate.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive Data Insights & Strategy: Drive weekly sales business reviews by analyzing performance data and KPIs to uncover actionable insights, identify growth opportunities, and inform category strategy.
  • Manage Strategic Projects: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of medium and long-term projects, including scoping deliverables, coordinating cross-functional teams, and communicating progress to senior leadership to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Develop and execute data-driven action plans to address performance gaps or accelerate positive trends, ensuring clear goals and alignment with partner teams.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Sales, Analytics, and Category Management teams (Supplier Relationship Managers) to monitor performance, create action plans to improve performance, and execute medium/long-term program and channel-level project initiatives.
What You’ll Need
  • 3+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations, project management, strategy, or consulting.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence partners at all levels.
  • Experience or a strong aptitude for coaching and developing team members.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for breaking down complex problems and driving operational improvements.

An Important Note about Wayfair's In-Office Policy:

All Boston-based interns, Co-ops, and corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Monday - Thursday, and work remotely Friday.
