The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Associate to work as part of the Clear Street LLC’s Clearing / Purchase and Sale team, a part of the operations division. This role will primarily be ETF Operations functions. You will own the functions around ETF create/redeem orders & booking. Ensure reporting accuracy while contributing to the consistent optimization of our functions. You will communicate with external brokers and clients as well as internal traders and team members to support timely settlement and accuracy of books and records.
- You will perform daily reconciliations.
- You will monitor & resolve exceptions & rejects in trade flows & postings.
- You will contribute to process improvement and the general operation of the team.
Requirements:
- At least two (2) years of professional experience in ETF Operations functions
- Proficiency in NSCC & DTCC applications
- Series 7 is preferred, if not, Series 7 within 6 months of hire date.
- Strong Communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel

The Base Salary Range for this role is $100,000-135,000. This range is representative of the starting base salaries for this role at Clear Street. Where a candidate falls in this range will be based on job related factors such as relevant experience, skills, and location. This range represents Base Salary only, which is just one element of Clear Street's total compensation. The range stated does not include other factors of total compensation such as bonuses or equity.
