What You'll Contribute
As a Senior Associate on the Digital Marketing Operations team, you will play an active and hands-on role in the management and optimization of our digital platforms. You will be part of a small, nimble team that works directly with development, brand, and SEO teams to author, edit, and ensure the quality of content for the sallie.com team.
What You'll Do
Create and publish new web pages
Work directly with components and forms in HubSpot
Manage database elements, including Hub DB and Custom Objects
Support a variety of content publishing activities
Provide QA to ensure content is delivered effectively, efficiently, and in compliance
Review requirements for daily operational tasks and verify all requirements are met
Perform regression testing and participate in cross-functional reviews for larger product launches
Take responsibility with a self-motivated, proactive approach
Collaborate within a small, growing team environment
Support, validate, and maintain website delivery to ensure accuracy and quality
Assist with managing digital assets in HubSpot for organized, seamless deployment of marketing materials

What You Have
Minimum education, skills and experience required.
Experience with Website Content Management Systems (CMS).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (email, social media, paid search, SEO, display ads, etc.)
Understanding of the technical environment that supports the various responsive web-site channels and Mobile
Attention to detail, quality, and the ability to assess impact of decisions on business & quantify implications
Preferred education, skills, and experience.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a similar role
Hands-on experience authoring websites within a CMS (HubSpot, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, OpenCart)
Technical Skills: HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, A/B Testing
Experience implementing QA process improvements using industry best practices and emerging technologies
Experience using ADA compliance tools like LevelAccess, SiteImprove or Audioeye
Business or Systems analysis experience with Web Content Management Systems (WCM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM).
