Job Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage automation/analytical solutions, leveraging Python, Alteryx, Tableau & LLMs for developing compliance and risk management related solution.
- Conceptualize & build insightful dashboards to provide users with actionable insights supporting informed decision-making.
- Build solutions leveraging tools such as Python, Alteryx to automate monitoring/ test activities under teams within compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful deployment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively and provide training to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, enhancing their understanding and utilization of analytical tools.
- Develop documentation and guidelines to standardize processes and ensure consistency in solution management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative approaches into compliance and risk management strategies.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and insights, ensuring solutions align with business needs and objectives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field from top tier universities.
- At least 8+ years of Experience in developing automation & analytical solutions, with recent exposure to LLMs
- Proficiency in tools such as Python, Alteryx, Tableau, and LLMs.
- Adept at Performance tuning of complex SQL sources
- Exposure to solutions leveraging Agent AI is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate ideas and results clearly.
