Wayfair is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Senior Associate to lead project management for Performance Creative, a rapidly expanding initiative within our Creative Technology organization. This role will directly ladder into our Creative Technology lead and is foundational to scaling high-volume creative operations across paid marketing channels.

You’ll be responsible for managing fast-paced, cross-functional creative workstreams while also playing a key role in evolving the systems, tooling, and automation that power them. The ideal candidate combines deep project management experience with curiosity for how tech can improve workflows — someone who’s eager to solve operational challenges not just with process, but with scalable solutions.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead end-to-end project execution for Performance Creative initiatives across paid and mid-funnel marketing channels.
  • Serve as a key partner to Marketing, Creative, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment from creative brief through delivery.
  • Translate business goals into structured project plans with clear milestones, timelines, and resourcing needs.
  • Ladder into the Creative Technology function, working closely with technical partners (automation specialist, and team lead) to implement and scale workflow improvements.
  • Maintain and continuously optimize project tracking systems (e.g., Airtable), ensuring data clarity, adoption, and integration with broader reporting efforts.
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies or blockers and participate in driving tooling or process enhancements that improve speed and output quality.
  • Support sprint planning, test-and-learn creative cycles, and roadmap execution for ongoing operational improvements.
What You'll Need
  • 3+ years of project or program management experience within creative, marketing, or operations teams — ideally within a performance-driven or tech-adjacent setting.
  • Strong understanding of digital creative workflows and campaign production cycles, with an ability to adapt in fast-turn environments.
  • Proficiency with SaaS platforms and project management tools like Airtable; comfort learning new tools and contributing to process innovation is essential.
  • Demonstrated interest in operational systems and the role of technology in scaling workflows.
  • Comfort analyzing long-term roadmaps to identify resourcing needs, capacity gaps, and process scaling opportunities.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex workstreams, track multiple moving parts, and communicate clearly across teams.
  • A collaborative mindset with strong organizational skills and a drive to continuously improve.
  • A bias toward experimentation, automation, and efficiency — not just keeping things on track, but evolving how they’re done.
