Senior Associate, Agency Partnerships – epocrates
We are looking for a Senior Associate of Agency Partnerships to join our epocrates division. In this role, the Senior Associate of Agency Partnerships will play a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding epocrates’ relationships with healthcare advertising agencies, with a focus on media teams representing brands under agency management. This individual will dedicate a significant portion of their time to on-site relationship-building activities, including Lunch and Learns, Innovation/New Product Launch sessions, and strategic offsite engagements. Additionally, the Senior Associate of Agency Partnerships will be responsible for helping epocrates meet and exceed bookings and revenue targets from agencies, ensuring that financial goals are met while fostering growth opportunities.
The role will also include expanding executive-level relationships with key agency partners and working collaboratively with agency partnership leads to drive alignment and maximize mutual success.

Job Responsibilities
Proactively drive strategies to meet and exceed financial goals for assigned agencies.
Dedicate a significant portion of time to building relationships with media teams representing brands under management through:
Hosting Lunch and Learns, leading Innovation/New Product Launch sessions, and conducting capability presentations.
Facilitating workshops and presentations tailored to agency needs.
Build and expand executive-level relationships with key agency partners while collaborating with agency partnership leads to align strategies and ensure cohesive engagement.
While deepening relationships with existing contacts, continually expand the network of relationships within assigned agencies.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned agencies, contributing to account planning, facilitating renewal discussions, and driving incremental revenue opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (Solutions Design, Marketing, and Sales) to develop and execute impactful campaigns that align with agency and client goals.
Strategically expand and grow revenue within current media teams representing strategic Epocrates clients while identifying and nurturing relationships with prospective clients.
Plan, organize, and manage agency-specific events and initiatives to deepen engagement and understanding of Epocrates’ solutions.
Monitor agency satisfaction levels, buying patterns, and campaign performance, sharing insights with internal stakeholders to refine strategies.
Coordinate and track agency outreach efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals and maintaining accurate documentation in CRM systems like Salesforce (SFDC).
Provide market and agency-level insights to inform business strategies and product development opportunities.
Typical Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
3+ years of healthcare agency and/or media buying experience.
Proven success in relationship-building and strategic planning within agency environments.
Experience working with one of the world’s leading agency organizations (e.g., CMI Media Group, IPG Media Brands, Publicis Groupe, Real Chemistry) or similar.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders and collaborating effectively with agency partnership leads.
Ability and willingness to travel regularly to healthcare agencies nationally, most commonly in the NY/NJ/Philadelphia area.
Strong understanding of media teams, agency structures, and processes, with a demonstrated ability to engage across various levels of leadership, including executive stakeholders.
Proven organizational skills with expertise in planning and executing high-impact events such as Lunch and Learns or product launch sessions.
Financial acumen and a results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
