Job Description Summary:

This role is fully remote with traveled required. Specific location details and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage overall assets operations to ensure safety, productivity, field support and profitability

  • Develop any training necessary to improve the knowledge of employees within the company.

  • High emphasis on managing the inventory across the company to ensure high quality, high utilization and high ROI.

  • Prepare reports, including profit and loss statements, monthly operating reviews, yearly budgets and other reports detailing operational status

  • Manage personnel matters

  • Oversee all safety matters, including audits, safety training related to equipment

  • Work with key management as to the execution of programs and provide direction of changes in business conditions and/or procedures.

  • Evaluate assets to determine useful life and maintain desired fleet for the company

  • Other duties assigned as needed

Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance (MBA preferred)

  • Minimum 10 years of successful business management experience with profit and loss responsibility in the construction or equipment industry.

  • An understanding of business accounting principles and budget preparation

  • Strong sales and customer service experience required, outside sales experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, pneumatic and other systems

  • Effective leadership, motivational, organizational and communication skills

  • Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge and experience in the construction or equipment rental industry mandatory

  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Compensation Range:

$141,685.00 - $177,106.00
