As a Senior Architect at Omnidian, you will be the primary technical steward for our CRM ecosystem. This is a hands-on functional Architect role for a strategic thinker who treats the platform as an enterprise product. You will oversee the technical integrity of the platform, lead our Agentforce strategy, and architect complex communication workflows.
You are an "AI-augmented" architect who has moved beyond standard development into building intelligent, event-driven systems. You will oversee and collaborate with a blended team of junior and high-skill offshore developers, ensuring that our technical debt remains low and our architectural integrity remains world-class.
What You'll Do
- Total Platform Integrity: Maintain an architectural "North Star" that balances system-level security with application-level scalability. You will ensure every solution is built for global performance.
- Technical Leadership: Lead and elevate a global engineering team. You will perform high-level architectural reviews and enforce code standards that ensure consistency across a distributed workforce.
- DevOps Excellence: Direct our CI/CD strategy and source-driven development using Copado or Gearset, ensuring stable, predictable deployments across multiple environments.
- Agentforce Strategy: Lead the implementation of Agentforce and Einstein AI, moving from static workflows to autonomous, agentic actions that interface with our proprietary data.
- Augmented Development: Champion the use of AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) to multiply team velocity and maintain high-quality, refactored codebases.
- Practical AI Apps: Leverage your experience building Custom GPTs or MCP Servers to bridge the gap between Salesforce and our internal proprietary applications.
- Service Cloud Voice & Omni-Channel: Architect and optimize our communication stack, integrating Service Cloud Voice and advanced telephony platforms with a unified Omni-Channel experience.
- Event-Driven Patterns: Design robust, decoupled integrations using Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP), specifically leveraging Platform Events, Pub/Sub API and the Salesforce Event Bus.
- Thorough understanding of governor limits and and platform health and performance
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM): Own the technical architecture for our CLM platform, ensuring complex document generation and legal workflows are scalable and fault-tolerant.
Who You Are
- A Strategic Thinker: You treat the CRM platform as a product, not just a set of tickets.
- An AI Champion: You are excited about moving beyond standard development into autonomous agentic systems.
- A Technical Mentor: You enjoy elevating others and enforcing high standards across distributed teams.
- Resilient and Determined: You thrive in fast-growing environments and are not afraid of big challenges.
Experience You’ll Need
- 10+ years of Salesforce Expertise: Extensive experience in high-growth environments managing complex Sales and Service Cloud implementations.
- Certification Requirements: Must hold both Salesforce Certified Application Architect and System Architect credentials.
- AI-First Mindset: Practical experience deploying Agentforce or building custom AI-integrated tools (e.g., using LLMs for workflow augmentation).
- Communications Mastery: Deep experience with Omni-Channel and telephony platforms (Service Cloud Voice/Amazon Connect).
- Enterprise Integration: Expert-level knowledge of Pub/Sub API, Platform Events, and middleware patterns for connecting Salesforce to internal first-party applications.
- DevOps Discipline: Proven success managing release cycles using enterprise-grade tools like Copado or Gearset.
Experience That’s a Plus
- OOP Foundation: Background in professional Object-Oriented Development (e.g., Java, .NET, or Python) outside of the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Modern Data Stack: Experience with Data Cloud, Databricks, or Snowflake, specifically regarding data ingestion and harmonization for Salesforce.
- AWS Cloud: Familiarity with Lambda, S3, or EventBridge for off-platform architectural extensions.
- CLM Experience: Demonstrated history of architecting and maintaining Contract Lifecycle Management solutions.
- Industry Context: Prior experience in the energy or renewable sector.
