Job Purpose and Impact
We are seeking a versatile UKG Pro WFM specialist with deep expertise in UKG Pro WFM including Timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals and Boomi integration (CRT functional builds). This position will play a pivotal role in optimizing and maintaining our UKG Pro WFM application to support evolving business needs and ensure seamless workforce management operations. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and ready to assist across various workstreams in our ongoing Workforce Management (WFM) implementations.
Key Accountabilities
  • UKG PRO APPLICATION CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT: Builds complex application configurations to meet user and business requirements while identifying improvements to complex application support processes and procedures.
  • UKG PRO APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT & DEPLOYMENT: Performs advanced programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases.
  • USER COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT: Train new staff on UKG Pro WFM modules, develop debugging and how-to guides for application configuration support
  • APPLICATION SUPPORT: Conducts complex technical application support activities to deliver on business outcomes.
  • STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Partners with multi-functional teams, including developers, product managers and business partners to ensure configurations align with standards and project goals.

Qualifications
  • Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong experience with UKG Pro WFM development and configurations
  • UKG Pro Timekeeping Certified
  • Hands-on expertise in UKG Pro timekeeping modules including Boomi integrations, Timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals, Attestation
  • Agile project management experience

Short Description
Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
The expected salary for this position is $95,000- $150,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance. At Cargill we put people first.
