Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $126,000 - $164,500
Zone B: $113,400 - $148,050
Zone C: $105,300 - $137,475
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

We're hiring a Senior Analyst, reporting to the Manager for Partner & Alliances Sales Strategy & Operations. You are an analyst with a background in working with Salesforce data, exploring insights with SQL, reporting through Tableau, and supporting SaaS alliances. Here, you'll serve as a strategic advisor and guide our Strategic Partners team using analytics.
What you'll do:
- Support the Strategic Partners team. You will partner with multiple groups and create powerful reporting & analytics.
- Analyze foundational reporting around SaaS sales metrics (lead conversion, opportunity forecasting, NNACV bookings) and alliance progress (incentive spend, adoption, ROI).
- Be able to work with a technical team to identify stakeholder needs and develop reporting requirements for BI dashboards.
- Monitor partner performance efficiency and drive recommendation for improvement plan among many options.
- Identify root cause and contribute to change management and go-to-market projects to improve team performance.
- Support fiscal year planning, target and OKR setting, and ad-hoc analytics
Your background:
- Pride in ownership: You achieve impact with projects big and small.
- Comfort operating independently in a fast-changing environment and with multiple teams relying on you.
- Analytics and SQL skills: You know what questions to ask, what the data says, and what actions to take based on the results.
- Slick ability to package data into relevant insight: You create compelling presentations, lead executives through data deep-dives, and build and collaborate on real-time dashboards from CRM data. SFDC and Tableau expertise are big assets.
- You love partnering: You get that an organization is made up of very different parts. You relish influencing other teams and co-piloting cross-team initiatives.
- Process improvement knowhow: Continuous improvement is in your DNA. You can enhance business processes from the diagnosis to documentation to execution.
- Deliver presentations ranging from C-level presentations to hands-on data deep-dives.
- +5 years of ever-increasing responsibility in Partner/Sales Operations, Strategy, BizOps, or Analytics role within a B2B (ideally SaaS) company or in a strategy consulting environment.
