Snowflake's Sales Operations team is seeking a Sales Planning Systems Manager to join the go to market operations team.

In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert on the sales planning system team, leveraging your experience from system implementation, model building, project management, and sales planning & operations. You will collaborate with Field Operations, Sales Planning, and Sales Compensation teams to improve existing models and create roadmaps for new ones using the planning system. Success in this role requires hands-on experience with Anaplan or Pigment model building at a model builder level, along with a great understanding of sales operations and planning.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:
  • Take full ownership of the SDR (Sales Development Representative) annual planning and in-yr operations models, ensuring the seamless execution of the planning and deployment cycle and smooth day to day operations post deployment.

  • Build and support planning and in-yr operations models for other overlay functions to drive tighter alignment with GTM priorities.

  • Serve as product manager, creating a structured feedback loop and strategic roadmap with key stakeholders, ensuring clear delivery milestones and expectations.

  • Enable teams by designing customized training programs to improve the end-user experience and system adoption.

  • Be a thought leader, driving operational efficiency across teams through system automation.

ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

Minimum Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in data analytics within sales planning & operations or adjacent fields

  • 5+ years of experience focused on architecting planning solutions, leading implementation projects, and providing end-user enablement.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional discussions, simplifying complex business requirements.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

  • Expertise in root cause analysis, with the ability to communicate findings clearly to senior leadership.

  • Bachelor degree in business, statistics, economics, or other quantitative disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master Anaplanner or Anaplan Solutions Architect certification is preferred

  • Experience with Pigment implementation is preferred

  • At ease with structuring high volumes of unstructured data to derive insights

  • A talent for solving complex business problems with simple, user-friendly solutions that drive easy adoption.

  • A passion for elevating the team through streamlined process and system automation
