CVS Media Exchange is hiring a Senior Analyst, Sales Enablement. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement. 

   

CVS Media Exchange [CMX] is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS’s in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers.

We need you to leverage your expertise in Excel, data analysis, and reporting to manage sales forecasting, track performance, and generate actionable insights. Your ability to create analytical models, craft clear presentations for leadership, and utilize Salesforce and other tools will drive strategic improvements in sales efficiency and effectiveness. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for translating complex data into impactful recommendations.  

 

Key Responsibilities

  • With advanced efficiency in Excel, you will update, manage, and build complex reports, pivot tables, etc. to support the management of pipeline/forecasting workbooks 

  • Create analytical models to forecast sales trends, measure performance, and calculate the effectiveness of sales strategies  

  • With strong data analysis and reporting skills, you will track and interpret sales data, plus generate actionable insights  

  • Create clear PowerPoint presentations, effectively conveying complex data and insights to sales leadership and stakeholders  

  • Leverage Salesforce and other Sales Enablement tools, like Workfront, Placements IO, MediaRadar and others, for data updates, collection, analysis, and reporting. 

  • With excellent communication skills, translate data-driven insights into clear, actionable recommendations for the sales teams  

  • Use strong problem-solving abilities to focus on identifying sales inefficiencies and propose strategies to improve performance  

 

Required Qualifications  

  • 3+ years previous work experience in sales analytics  

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Salesforce 

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint

  • Strong problem-solving abilities  

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Effective multi-tasking and organization skills with the ability to deliver timely work  

  • Team player mentality and abilities to work well with cross-functional partners in a fast-changing environment  

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Work experience at a retailer or media company with strong familiarity of the retail media environment 

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 yrs experience) required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $122,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
