What We'll Bring:
QA Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in software testing, including hands-on expertise in automation and test management tools.What You'll Bring:
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
- Manage and maintain test cases and test plans using test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through to resolution.
- Continuously improve QA processes and contribute to best practices in testing and automation.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Impact You'll Make:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in software QA, with a strong focus on automation.
- Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
- Experience with test management platforms (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
