We're looking for a Senior Analyst-Pricing Strategy & Operations to join our Growth & Pricing Strategy team. Reporting to the Principal, Pricing Strategy & Operations. You will be responsible for:
- Managing the full lifecycle of Pricing Operations and Competitive Intelligence
- Ensuring timely execution of pricing and licensing proposals through daily process maintenance
- Monitoring deal workflows and assisting field teams (Sales, Sales Ops, Deals Desk) with pricing and licensing inquiries while identifying areas for process improvement
- Conducting market intelligence and competitive analysis to guide pricing decisions aligned with business goals and market trends
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Deal Management, Deal Operations, Consulting, Quote-to-Cash, or Competitive Intelligence
- Prior experience in a SaaS organization and/or in Pricing Strategy or Operations is highly desirable
What We're Looking for (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ and Pricing/Sales Operations
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research, including analysis structuring and insight extraction to support decision-making
- Experience in New Product Introductions, Product Management, Project Management, Business Operations, Quote-to-Cash, or M&A Operations
