Cox Automotive is hiring a Senior Analyst for Pricing and Deal Management to support the Cox Fleet business (the combination of Fleet Services and Fleetnet America). This role requires strong analytical modeling skills and business acumen to evaluate deals and market trends that help inform pricing decisions. You should be proficient in various data modeling techniques, communicate clearly, be self-motivated and eager to learn, and work independently. Responsibilities include collaborating with sales teams, business leaders, and presenting insights to guide decision-making.

Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $79,400.00 - $119,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. What You'll Do
- Conduct Analytical Modeling and Deal Evaluation: Prepare and present detailed deal models, analyses, and recommendations. Develop client-specific pricing strategies and explore alternative monetization opportunities to support business objectives.
- Analyze Financials: Perform comprehensive financial and operational analyses to identify trends and assess pricing strategies. Review pricing feedback, evaluate post-deal performance, analyze program profitability, and measure other key financial metrics. Manage ad-hoc analyses based on customer requirements.
- Perform Data Analysis: Identify and interpret business trends and dynamics. Develop, review, and present actionable recommendations to Sales teams, ensuring insights drive strategic business decisions.
- Organize and manage all deal and pricing data repositories, including competitive intelligence data, to inform strategies going forward. Partners well with IT stakeholders to leverage available data mining, storage, and AI tools to efficiently manage data required for tracking, monitoring, and decision making for both pricing and deal management needs
- Provide Consultative Services: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend and facilitate changes, analyze and resolve data-related questions, and build strong relationships to represent the finance perspective in business decisions.

Who You Are
Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 4 years of experience in related discipline (e.g., Finance, Business Operations, Information Systems, etc.). The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrates strong analytical abilities, effective communication, and critical thinking.
- Skilled in utilizing platforms such as Salesforce, Snowflake, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, and other pricing and analytics tools.
- Familiar with artificial intelligence tools including Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot.
Preferred:
- Degree in MIS, Analytics, Finance, Business or related.
