We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Analyst to join our new GTM Planning & Analytics team. This role is crucial for supporting our 'connected planning' efforts, assisting with the annual plan process, and consolidating GTM capacity models and shared analytics. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, building reports, and providing foundational support for strategic GTM decision-making in an Enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
What you'll do:
- Data Collection & Preparation: Gather, structure, and validate data from various sources (CRM, marketing automation, finance systems,Workday) to support GTM planning and analysis.
- Reporting & Dashboarding: Assist in the creation and maintenance of regular GTM performance reports and dashboards using BI tools and spreadsheets.
- Quota Model Support: Support the GTM Operations team in the development and consolidation of GTM quota models, performing data entry, validation, and reconciliation.
- Annual Planning Assistance: Provide analytical support for the annual GTM planning process, including data analysis for capacity planning, territory optimization, and budget allocation.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct initial analysis on GTM performance metrics, identify anomalies, and contribute to insights regarding pipeline, win rates, and sales productivity.
- Connected Planning Contributions: Help maintain and update data within planning tools to support 'connected planning' initiatives.
- Process Documentation: Assist in documenting GTM planning and analytics processes and methodologies.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Respond to ad-hoc data requests and provide analytical support to the broader GTM operations team.
What you'll bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, or Finance, ideally in a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling).
- Experience with data visualization/BI tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and an understanding of sales and marketing metrics.
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into understandable formats.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Endless curiosity and a need to dive deeper for understanding.
- Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a quantitative field.

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are below, subject to change.
Tier 1: $110,500 - $136,500
Tier 2: $99,450 - $122,900
Tier 3: $88,400 - $109,200
