Role
We are looking for a Senior Analyst, GTM Operation to join our GTM Operations & Analytics team. This is a remote role, reporting to the Manager, GTM Operations. You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to align business needs with innovative GTM system solutions while driving the strategic application of Generative AI to optimize our processes.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to align business needs with innovative GTM system solutions, fostering data-driven decision-making
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for AI Initiatives, from concept and BRD creation to successful implementation and stakeholder alignment
- Contribute to the identification, strategic planning, and hands-on application of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to optimize GTM processes
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations through reports and dashboards
- Craft sophisticated go-to-market strategies, resource plans, and execution frameworks, leveraging data and AI-driven insights to ensure maximum impact

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 4+ years of experience in GTM Business Systems Analysis and Administration, with strong proficiency in the end-to-end deployment and optimization of business-critical tools
- Bachelor’s degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college
- Expertise in Salesforce and deep knowledge of report creation using tools such as GSuite, Snowflake, or Streamlit
- Proven track record of contributing to impactful AI/ML projects, specifically with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), from conceptualization to business application
- Demonstrated proficiency in prompt engineering and a solid understanding of core AI concepts such as RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and fine-tuning
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Proficient SQL knowledge and experience using business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI for data visualization
- MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college
- Strong familiarity with a range of GTM platforms beyond Salesforce, such as ZoomInfo, Salesloft, or Outreach
