What you'll do as a Senior Analyst, Financial Platform
- Drive the strategic interpretation of complex, large-scale datasets across customer behavior, payment performance, deposit and withdrawal journeys, and operational workflows, uncovering insights that influence business decisions and long-term platform performance.
- Shape how data informs strategy by translating advanced analyses of payment methods, processing performance, customer friction, and financial platform trends into clear, persuasive narratives that align senior stakeholders and guide critical priorities.
- Define and lead experimentation strategy, establishing best practices for test design, execution, and measurement to optimize payment experiences, fee strategies, and operational improvements at scale.
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to Financial Platform Operations, Product, and cross-functional leaders, influencing roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and driving measurable business impact across the Financial Platform.
- Architect and evolve scalable reporting ecosystems and data frameworks that enhance visibility into payment performance, funnel health, operational efficiency, and customer behavior, empowering the organization to make faster, more informed decisions.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of analytics or data science experience.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python, R, SAS, or Matlab, with the ability to independently structure complex analyses and optimize data workflows.
- Deep understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and experimental design, with hands-on experience analyzing customer behavior, platform performance, operational workflows, or payment experiences.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-ready insights that influence decision-making across technical and non-technical audiences, with experience building scalable reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Sigma, or similar data visualization platforms.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and advanced problem-solving skills, with a track record of proactively identifying opportunities, challenging assumptions, uncovering high-impact insights from ambiguous datasets, and collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
