What you will be expected to do:
- Develop and execute advanced analytics solutions and statistical evaluation, to solve complex business problems
- Apply A/B testing, regression evaluation, hypothesis testing, and other statistical methodologies to validate business strategies and enhance strategic choice.
- Work with senior managers to identify strategic opportunities and guide data-guided choices.
- Design and develop impactful dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, enabling stakeholders to make informed choices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by applying a deep comprehension of business operations to recommend strategies that drive growth, operational improvements, and team work.
- Drive the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Leverage a strong comprehension of business processes to provide recommendations on optimizing operations and improving outcomes.
- Partner with engineering teams to design and optimize data pipelines and workflows.
You might be a strong candidate if you have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, business evaluation, computer science, or a related quantitative field.
- 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, strategic evaluation, or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes through data insights.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data evaluation and modelling.
- Solid comprehension of machine learning techniques and their application in solving business bottlenecks.
- Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI to create compelling, actionable insights.
- A strong business mindset with the ability to comprehend and address cross-functional business bottlenecks and strategic opportunities.
- Strong statistical comprehension and the ability to apply statistical methods to solve business problems and inform strategic direction.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
