Position Summary

The Senior Analyst, Centers of Excellence - Strategic Integration, will play a pivotal role in evolving and scaling the Pharmacy Center of Excellence (CoE) model, helping to shape how Pharmacy Health Services delivers proactive, patient-centered care at scale. Through this model, dedicated pharmacists and technicians connect with patients outside of traditional store workflows, improving access to care and driving clinical outcomes.

In this role, the Senior Analyst will help advance the CoE model by identifying opportunities to enhance operations, optimize workflows, and leverage automation to improve efficiency and scalability. Serving as a key partner, they will translate business needs into actionable solutions, streamline processes, enhance reporting and operational tools, and support strategic initiatives that improve both colleague and patient experiences. Working across a highly matrixed organization, the Senior Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities, remove operational barriers, and drive continuous improvement efforts that strengthen the performance, scalability, and long-term success of the CoE model.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on the evolution of the CoE model to ensure it continues to meet the needs of Product teams, colleagues, and patients
  • Identify and support process improvement opportunities that enhance operational efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the CoE model
  • Lead automation efforts using tools within the M365 suite of applications, specifically the Power Platform, to streamline workflows, improve visibility, and reduce manual work
  • Develop, maintain, and improve reporting, trackers, and operational tools to support team deliverables and decision-making
  • Manage ongoing CoE modifications and expansion, ensuring appropriate tracking, coordination, and communication with cross-functional teams
  • Support training, change management, field execution and engagement working teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify synergies and help advance CoE goals across the enterprise

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience working in operations, process improvement, product development, or similar roles within the healthcare industry
  • Experience using Excel for reporting, analysis, and operational tracking
  • Experience supporting process improvement, workflow optimization, or automation efforts
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams to ensure alignment
  • Adaptability and flexibility to support rapid adjustments to strategy and priorities in response to changing business needs
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, or related solutions
  • Pharmacy operations knowledge or prior experience in a pharmacy setting
  • Pharmacy technician background, certification, or similar frontline pharmacy experience
  • Experience developing presentations in PowerPoint

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
