Position Summary
Responsible for conducting global book of business and Maximum Allowable Cost (MAC) client-specific analyses with the objective of monitoring and reporting MAC prices and products, understanding trends and impacts, running various QCs to ensure MAC list price updates occur as needed within required timeframes.  He/she will have extensive analytical, programming, and adjudication system experience, be able to manage both long- and short- term projects and assignments effectively, peer-review coding, facilitate department database management, and work collaboratively in inter-departmental settings to accomplish tasks and goals.  Decision-making is centered around offering suggestions about trouble-shooting and “what-if” criteria into logical and effective programming statements, and developing and determining most effective processes both within and across departments.  Key interactions are with Underwriting, Sales / Account Management, Network Pricing, and Retail Network departments as well as outside clients and consultants. 
Required Qualifications

  • Well-versed in SAS and Python programming,
  • Proficient in Access and Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment while ensuring quality and accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and solution focused
  • Open and adaptable to new and innovative strategies and processes
  • Ability to work independently, make sound decisions and judgement, think critically while taking responsibility for his/her decisions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • SQL Experience
  • Knowledge of healthcare, PBM industry

Education

  • Bachelor Degree

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $122,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
