Own paid acquisition across Meta and Google, managing budgets, bidding, pacing, and trial CPA targets. Build AI agent workflows for performance monitoring and budget optimization, develop creative briefs, run landing-page and funnel CRO tests, and maintain end-to-end tracking and unit economics. Launch campaigns for new products across self-serve and sales-led funnels while using analytics to improve CAC, payback, LTV, and conversion performance.

We're the all in one agentic marketing platform. AI native from day one. We're not joining a category, we're defining it.

We're looking for someone who will own paid acquisition on Meta and Google, and run it with AI agents doing real work. If you want real ownership, move fast, and raise the bar every week, keep reading. If "set it and forget it" is your bidding strategy, this isn't the role.

What you'll own

  • Paid acquisition on Meta and Google against a trial CPA target. Structure, bidding, budgets and pacing, all within monthly caps.

  • Agent workflows that check performance daily, move budget from losing campaigns to winners, and cross check reporting across models. Plus the visual map of how it all runs.

  • What runs and where budget goes. You turn performance data into briefs for our creative strategists, who build the ads.

  • Paid landing pages and funnel CRO with design and dev. Every lander matches its ad, and every test moves CPA.

  • Tracking we can trust from first click to activation, and unit economics (CAC, payback, LTV) that new products launch on.

  • Launching ads for new products with zero history, across self serve and sales led funnels.

About half your week is media buying and analytics. The rest is split between building agents and running landing page tests.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of hands on media buying on Meta and Google, managing $100K+ a month

  • Deep Meta expertise. You know what ads work, how to structure them, and how to scale a winning concept.

  • Agency side experience

  • SaaS or B2B experience with free trial or book a demo funnels

  • You've built your own automation with LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, APIs, scripts, n8n, Zapier or similar) that you use on ads every week, like performance checks, budget moves or reporting. You can explain how it works.

  • Strong with GA4, PostHog, ad platform reporting and spreadsheets

  • A track record of landing page and creative tests that lowered CPA

Nice to have

  • SQL

  • LinkedIn ads

  • Launching sales led or book a demo funnels

  • HubSpot and Stripe

You'll thrive here if...

  • You know what's working, what's broken and what to do about it before anyone asks.

  • You've lived through Meta volatility and know when to touch things and when to leave them alone.

  • You can explain a CPA spike to a founder in one chart.

  • You don't wait to be told what to do. You see the gap and you move.

  • Deadlines don't rattle you. Ambiguity doesn't either.

  • You're an AI power user, not someone who's "open to learning it someday."

  • You have opinions and you're not afraid to bring them.

  • You can laugh at a chaotic week on Friday and mean it.

What working here actually looks like

High expectations. Real ownership. Things change fast and we don't apologize for it. You'll work with smart people who push you, a product that keeps getting better, and a team that's genuinely building something new.

We'll probably give you more to own than you expected. That's on purpose.

We use AI every day, across every function. That's just how we work.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
