About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Affiliates Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap development, and execution of high-impact affiliate and growth initiatives within the Growth Marketing team. This role is responsible for scaling core affiliate channels while identifying, launching, and managing high-leverage partnerships across new and existing verticals. Success in this position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, Design, Operations, Legal, and Executive stakeholders to ensure programs align with key business objectives and long-term financial performance targets.

The role encompasses full lifecycle ownership of partnerships—from sourcing and deal negotiation to launch and sustained growth—while ensuring quality customer acquisition and maintaining alignment with LTV/CAC, ROAS, and other key financial metrics. This person would also provide leadership and development to a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and results.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and implement strategies to support overall growth and business objectives

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities that can create meaningful impact, informed by data and experimentation

  • Oversee and refine processes across the full customer journey, from awareness to retention

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between growth efforts and broader company goals

  • Lead and mentor a team, encouraging a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement

  • Utilize a variety of channels and approaches to support acquisition and engagement

  • Monitor and optimize performance metrics to guide strategic decisions

  • Stay informed on broader industry developments and evolving best practices

Who You Are
  • 5+ years of growth, affiliate, or marketing experience; bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Proven track record of driving growth and scaling user acquisition in consumer technology

  • Strong grasp of growth strategies, tactics, and cross-channel best practices

  • Skilled at managing projects, teams, and budgets in fast-paced environments

  • Excellent communicator and leader with an entrepreneurial, innovative approach

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $200,000 to $250,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.

Workplace Policy

Mochi Health is an in-person company based in San Francisco, CA. Our team works together in person five days a week to foster collaboration, innovation, and strong connections. We believe that face-to-face interaction builds a culture of excellence and allows us to deliver the best outcomes for the patients and providers we serve.

For office-based roles, the standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Actual hours may vary depending on business needs and role responsibilities. All employees receive meal and rest breaks in accordance with applicable state and local laws.

For designated remote roles, this in-person policy does not apply.
