What You Will Do:
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and governance for the AEM, Vercel, Akamai, and Enterprise Delivery Services (EDS) platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives, digital experience goals, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Prioritize and manage the platform backlog, balancing business demand, platform enhancements, security requirements, technical debt, operational improvements, and modernization initiatives across all supported platforms.
- Drive platform reliability, performance, and security by overseeing Akamai CDN capabilities, web application security services, platform upgrades, incident management, vulnerability remediation, and service-level compliance.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable digital solutions, improve author and developer experiences, and accelerate platform adoption through standardized best practices and governance.
- Manage vendor relationships, licensing, budget planning, and operational metrics for Adobe, Akamai, Vercel, and related partners while providing executive reporting on platform health, roadmap progress, risks, investments, and business value realization.

- Software Problem Management: Knowledge of strategies, practices and tools for resolving software problems; ability to manage software problems in installed software products.
- Software Product Business Knowledge: Knowledge of and experience with the business aspects and operation of a software product; ability to manage install base, current uses, future plans, and product vision.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Knowledge of UAT activities, tasks, tools and techniques; ability to design, implement and evaluate acceptance tests for end-users.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or related experience within enterprise technology platforms.
- Experience managing digital experience, content management, or web application platforms.
- Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS), Vercel Platform, Next.js Framework, CDN (Akamai) and Edge Computing technologies and AWS
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management practices.
- Preferred experience in Headless CMS architectures, Web Content Management Systems, Cloud Infrastructure and Hosting, Security and Compliance requirements, DevOps and CI/CD processes, Site Performance and Core Web Vitals, Digital Analytics and Monitoring
