Blue Acorn iCi is looking for a Senior AEM Front-End Developer to join our digital experience engineering team. In this role, you will help design and build modern, scalable front-end solutions within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) ecosystem while collaborating closely with architects, backend developers, designers, and product teams.

This role requires strong expertise in AEM front-end development, modern JavaScript, and Web Components, with a focus on delivering high-quality, reusable UI components within enterprise digital platforms.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and implement front-end components within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) using modern development practices.

  • Build reusable UI components and templates that integrate seamlessly with AEM backend services.

  • Develop scalable front-end architectures using plain JavaScript and Web Components.

  • Collaborate with UX designers and backend developers to translate designs into high-performance user interfaces.

  • Ensure front-end solutions follow AEM best practices and component architecture standards.

  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to ensure code quality and maintainability.

  • Work within Agile development environments, contributing to sprint planning, standups, and backlog refinement.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve front-end performance or integration issues across the platform.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

  • Deep understanding of AEM fundamentals and component-based development.

  • Strong proficiency in plain JavaScript (ES6+).

  • Excellent working knowledge of Web Components and modern browser APIs.

  • Experience developing responsive and reusable front-end components.

  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern front-end architecture patterns.

  • Experience integrating front-end components with AEM content and backend services.

  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and modern development workflows.

  • Experience working in Agile development teams.
