This Senior Administrative Assistant role is central to how TPG operates. You will support senior leaders, manage competing priorities, and ensure smooth coordination across time zones and teams. The role offers visibility, ownership, and the opportunity to make a daily impact for a global organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate high-volume meetings across global time zones
  • Arrange and manage domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, and expenses
  • Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations while handling confidential communications
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, onboarding, and department operations
  • Provide site, floor, and department support while partnering with leaders and administrative peers

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong record of on-time delivery
  • Experience supporting complex calendars and global travel coordination
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting senior or executive-level leaders
  • Experience working in a global or multi-site organization
  • Experience onboarding or mentoring administrative professionals
  • Background supporting vendor coordination, events, or site operations
